Ryan joined GLG LLP in December 2017 and now heads the firm’s litigation department. A battle-tested advocate, Ryan brings the necessary expertise and demeanour to swiftly and cost-effectively obtain the best result for his clients.

In addition to his litigation practice, Ryan works in concert with GLG LLP‘s business and real estate lawyers and prides himself on helping clients avoid needless litigation and ensuring optimal preparedness in the event that litigation becomes necessary.
Prior to joining GLG LLP, Ryan began his legal career at one of Canada’s leading civil litigation boutiques, where he gained valuable experience advocating at the Superior Court and Appellate levels.
Ryan is a graduate of Western Law’s class of 2015, prior to which he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Wilfred Laurier University.
In his personal life, Ryan is a passionate Toronto sports fan and loves basketball, football, and golf. Ryan keeps apprised of developments in Canadian constitutional interpretation and generally enjoys following and discussing current events.
