Bhupinder is a founding partner of GLG LLP, forming the firm with his partners in 2016. Currently, Bhupinder heads the real estate practice group at GLG LLP.
Bhupinder’s broad real estate practice includes acquisitions and dispositions of both residential and commercial real estate, title matters, secured lending, and real estate financing. Bhupinder possesses particular experience in the following practice areas:
Bhupinder is a pragmatic solicitor who acts for a range of clients including, but not limited to: institutional lenders, private lenders, purchasers, vendors, construction companies and real estate investment corporations. Bhupinder assists his clients in navigating complex transactions involving real property, priding himself on his level of customer service and attention to detail.
Prior to forming GLG LLP, Bhupinder began his career at one of Canada’s leading full-service firms, where he gained valuable experience as both a litigator and a real estate practitioner. Bhupinder completed his legal studies at Western University Law School in 2015, prior to which, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.
In his personal life, Bhupinder is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, and all Toronto sports teams. Bhupinder is deeply interested in true crime television shows, documentaries, and podcasts. He also enjoys spending time with his family, friends and puppy.
